Welcome to TruthOutlaw.
I'm Jennifer Combs an investigative reporter, published author, business owner, wife, mother, and grandmother with a passion for uncovering the truth.
TruthOutlaw was born from one of the most difficult experiences of my life. After speaking out and reporting on concerns about a city's water supply, I was arrested. That experience changed my life and reinforced my belief that asking questions, examining public records, and holding government accountable are essential in a free society.
Rather than walking away, I chose to dig deeper.
I created TruthOutlaw because I believe facts matter, transparency matters, and the public deserves access to the information that affects their lives. Every investigation begins with one simple principle: follow the evidence wherever it leads.
As an investigative reporter, my work is built on public records, court documents, government reports, interviews, timelines, and original source material. My goal isn't to tell you what to think—it's to provide the facts so you can make informed decisions for yourself.
TruthOutlaw is more than a website. It's a commitment to accountability, transparency, and giving a voice to stories that deserve to be told.
